Biznow recently selected Bo Menkiti as one of DC’s rising stars in Real Estate for its annual “35 Under 35″ edition.  The feature highlights the work of DC’s leaders in the real estate industry and notes a few of the Menkiti Group’s successes.  In just four years, the Menkiti Group sales team has brokered the sale of over $60 million in residential sales including representing over 130 new homeowners in the DC area.  The development team, in just two years, has developed over 33,000 square feet of middle market residential and neighborhood-based commercial property.
